Returns Policy

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Special Conditions

Ninja pedals is not responsible for any attempted repairs/modifications to the device or software of device. Any repair attempted by buyer without sellers consent voids return. Any disassembly of the item voids return. If there is an issue with the pedal, it is the buyers responsibility to contact me before any repairs or diagnostics are made, failure to do this voids return.

In the rare case that a refund is requested, buyer will be required to send pictures of original packaging and send a video link documenting any damages/malfunctions.

Limited edition items are sold as is and are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

Buyer will receive full refund minus a 15% restocking fee unless the item was not received as described.

Return Window

New Items can be returned up to 30 days after delivery

Used items can be returned up to 7 days after delivery

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that if there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, we will refund those items.
