In 1995, Exar released the "2" series pedals. The FL-02 flanging effect is produced by varying the delay between 2 identical signals, thus producing a complex varying "Comb Filter" effect. The adjustment possibilities allow a wide variety of modulation-effects from rich chorusing to shimmering space effects.
